Part 2: Oak Alcove
Bridgeview Oak Alcove is the same exterior as neighbouring Comfy Cubby, built by SkinnyBetch05 and can be found here.
Let's take a look inside...
The welcoming area has a sorting unit and some beautiful artwork to give a welcoming feel the moment you walk in the door.
Opposite the entranceway is a mirror wall, to really help open up the space and give it some extra light. Plus, it's always good to do a final outfit check before heading out the door!
The living room is on a raised platform and is in all black, to compliment and bring out the bright colours of the wallpaper.
The bathroom has a bath/shower combination (unpictured), plus a sink and toilet: what more could you need?
The bedroom uses black and white furniture, and the colour and vibrancy comes from this gorgeous ombre green wallpaper which, combined with the darkness of the black, really brings an air of nature to the room.
The room is lit by these cool geometric lights to add a pop of uniqueness to the room.
The cubby corner has a cat bed and scratching tower, perfect for your furry friend.
Finally, the kitchen is a basic black, meaning that pops of any colour you'd like can be easily added with a bowl of fruit or some other decor!
And, the back porch is covered meaning you can enjoy your morning coffee outside come rain or shine.
Here's a look at the layout:
Ashlyn Tanner is a young adult who wants to make friends and be kind to everyone she meets. She's a kind-hearted person, outgoing and a lover of cats which is why she adopted a stray cat, whom she named Tasha.
Ashlyn hopes that her move to Newcrest will mean she gets to meet new people, plus it gives her the opportunity to land her dream job in public relations - a job where you're paid to be nice and make friends? Yes please!
Let's have a look at her outfits...

Note: some houses and families may contain mods. No mods are essential parts of the sims (they will mostly be wallpaper, clutter and accessories)
In the next post we'll look at the neighbouring house on Oak Alcove and meet the sim living there!
